No Show/Late Cancellation Policy for Registered Massage Therapy
At Cranbrook Chiropractic & Wellness Centre, we strive to provide the highest level of care and service to all our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs and maintain the quality of our services, we have implemented the following No Show/Late Cancellation Policy for Registered Massage Therapy:
1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.
2. No Show/Late Cancellation Fee: If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your credit card on file will be charged the full cancellation fee immediately. This policy was agreed upon in your signed intake form.
3. Credit Card on File: As part of our intake process, we require a valid credit card to be kept on file. This card will be used solely for the purpose of enforcing our cancellation policy.
4. No Credit Card on File: If you do not have a credit card on file, we reserve the right to involve a collection agency to recover the cancellation fee. This step will only be taken if we are unable to collect the fee through other means.
5. Therapist Discretion and Filled Appointments: Our Massage Therapists, as independent contractors, have the discretion to waive the cancellation fee. Additionally, if a cancelled appointment is filled by another patient, no cancellation fee will be charged.
